Jino gem
ive killed 31 and captured 16 Jinougas, and i have damaged the head x2 ad cut tail and pick up shiny drops....EVRYSINGLE TIME. the quest i do is a high rank double Jinouga quest and i still cant manage to get a SINGLE GEM, and im getting tried of soloing...i might just go back to MH Tri....this Non-multiplayer stuff is boring me really fast, im getting so good at hunting Jino, it reminds me of back when i was trying to get a lagia plate...took me like 30 kils for a single plate, low rank single lagia...i just want the Gem because i wana try and get jho armour, and i know for a fact that jho is weaker to thunder...im trying to get Jino lance+ what ever its called. i might just max out my yokumo lance and use that...hahaha!

the music...
just asking, am I the only one here whp absolutely LOVES the music for Jinny? I love the music for Monster Hunter altogether but eather Jinny or Raviente get the best music. im not going to support the MH wikia, bit the only thing they got right was the music gallery, which i listen to all the time.

Jinouga tail
If the tail and tail tip of jinouga are seperate hitzones, which do i hit to cut the tail?
Or if the tail can be removed by hitting both hitzones, which one should i hit to cut it faster?

Sign of Weakness?
I noticed in the Urgent 4* quest that when the Jinouga was weak enough to limp off, he suddenly gained this hazy aura that was unlike his charge-state. Has anyone else noticed this, or was I just reading too far into a minor glitch...?

Name Change- Zinogre (from Jinouga)
I was looking through the partner things on the monster hunter portable 3rd japanese website, and the UNIQLO shirt says that the name for this is Zinogre.
Should we change it or leave it as is?

Jinouga Plate carves
You can carve Jinouga plates both from his body and from his tail, although I don not know the likelihood.
In fact, I just uploaded a video where I carve a plate from his body.
(I also created an account solely for the purpose of saying this).
Same video also shows his pin down attack (though I never get hit).
Lastly, Jinouga's second level of charge and even his rage mode can be canceled if you stag his chest or ditch enough damage. I can upload a video of this also. This is quite useful, since you should actually play aggressively once he goes into rage to knock him out of it (I'm unaware if this is common knowledge, just trying to add info that's missing on his page).
I hope I didn't mess up, very new to this sorta thing.

Proof of Jinouga havinga pin down attack, It's from the Village Quest. As you can see, He isn't in rage. So kindly put up this attack into his attack list? I forgot how'd it go but This is a real screen shot directly from my PSP. Thank you.

Rage mode
Jinouga has 3 rage mode: first is the thunderbugs emitting around him, second a random attack pattern of his lightning and normal attacks, thus finally the true rage mode like in DynDase's post, roars will have lightning attacks and attacks with lightning on it..
If Jinouga is fully charged with lightning, he will release it and everyone in the area will take damage after this it will take sometime to do it again..
